GENERAL QUESTIONS

NO ANIMAL TESTING - Does Nourished3 test on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals.

GLUTEN FREE - Are your products gluten free?

Yes!

FRAGRANCE FREE - Do your products contain fragrance?

None of our skincare products contain fragrance, except for the Clarify & Brighten Face Mask. The Mask contains less than 0.10% fragrance, just a subtle hint to balance the natural scent of sulfur within the mask. It has a very soft lavender coconut scent.

VEGAN - Are your products vegan?

Yes!

We love animals! We don't support animal testing.

PREGNANCY - Are your products considered pregnancy-safe?

Yes! It's suggested that pregnant women should avoid using products with salicylic acid concentrations higher than 2%. Our mask and cleanser have 1% BHA - which is considered safe. It is important, however, to consult with a healthcare professional before using any skincare products containing salicylic acid during pregnancy to ensure the safety of both the mother and the baby.

SHIPPING & RETURN QUESTIONS

SHIPPING COST - How much does shipping cost?

USPS Standard shipping on all USA orders are FREE.

FedEx Express shipping on all USA orders cost $10 

FREE shipping on Canada & Mexico orders over $129.

$20 Shipping cost to Canada & Mexico on orders under $69.

$10 Shipping cost to Canada & Mexico on orders over $69.

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”). Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
* The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
* The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
* VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping
* Select countries will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process

SHIPPING METHOD - How will my order be shipped?

Standard USA shipping via USPS to all of US  (1-4 days)

Expedited USA shipping via FedEx to all of US (1-2 days)

Standard Canada / Mexico shipping via USPS to all of CANADA & MEXICO (2-7 days)

These options are listed at check out. Kindly note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

All shipping options are secure with tracking.

You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY - What is your return/refund policy?

RETURN STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Please read carefully all 5 steps for a successful return.



1. RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 14 days on orders from our store. Please email us with your order number, which items you would like to return, and your reason for returning to customerserviceus@nourished3.com, and we’ll get back to you.


2. EXAMPLE

Email Subject line: Order Number 5743

Dear Nourished3 Team,
I would like to return, all my items / the following items …
The reason for my return is...
All the products have not been used and are still in the original packaging.

 

3. AFTER APPROVAL

When your return is approved, we will notify you via email and wait for the returned product. We only accept returns within EU.

 

4. TO RETURN, DO THIS

1.) Pack up the items in a shipping box, the best would be the same box as received.

2.) Please send via a trackable shipping method, so we can track the shipment.

3.) Please write down on a piece of paper and include the following information in your box: Full name, email address, and order number.


4.) Please email customerserviceus@nourished3.com and notify us of your return. Please include your order number and tracking information in the email.

 

5. REFUND

Once your return is received, we’ll email you that we have received your returned item, and we will have a last check on the product if the refund is applicable. For instants, if the product was really never used. If before already agreed via email, the product will not go through a separate check. If the returned products are approved, we will refund you the amount for the returned product/s value.

TRACKING - Can I track my package?

All our shipping methods are trackable. You will receive a tracking number when your order is being sent out. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.

SECURITY - Is shopping on Nourished3.com secure?

We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

ORDER QUESTIONS

LOST PACKAGE - What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to customerserviceus@nourished3.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

CANCELLATION - Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on nourished3.com process and ship very quickly.

We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at customerserviceus@nourished3.com but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.
