WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Our shipping hub is located in California, allowing us to ship all around the US and Canada. During the checkout process, you will also be able to view the shipping cost for your order. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within the US
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED AND WILL BE SHIPPED?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been received. Please note that our fulfillment center does not operate on weekends. Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order. Once your order is prepared and ready to be picked up by the courier, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation. This email will include the tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?
For all orders, we utilize reliable shipping methods such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that when shipping to countries outside of the US, there may be customs delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPPING TAKE TO US OR CANADA
For our valued customers in the US, you can expect your order to arrive within a speedy 1-2 business days
For those ordering from Canada, please note that shipping times may vary between 7-15 days due to customs procedures and the efficiency of foreign shipping couriers

Please note that from the moment the package leaves our fulfillment center until it arrives at your destination, it is entirely handed over to the courier. If you're experiencing any issues with the delivery of your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to your domestic Courier hotline or your local post office. They will be able to assist you in locating your package and provide you with the most up-to-date information. Don't forget to have your tracking number ready for a smoother process.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive, even if the tracking indicates delivery. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for all situations, we will carefully assess the circumstances and determine the best course of action. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to find a solution if your package is lost while in the hands of the courier. Please note that Nourished3 cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost after being left at your doorstep. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAX?

We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to fulfill any requests to declare a different value for your package other than the total amount paid at checkout.
